Yes, Your requirements can be submitted by email or phone. Once we have agreed on your needs, the provided information is used to create your designs. Intermediate design concepts and revisions are posted on dropbox or emailed to you for your review, comments and approval. Once your design is completed, final files are emailed, wetransfered or uploaded to dropbox for download.

Yes, we provide printing services directly. If a print request is made to we will proceed by sending the final design files to our printers.

All design prices based on frequent requests have been layout out above from hourly rates to flyer designs. We do not believe in disappointing anybody with any form of hidden cost.  So the prices are fully transparent online except for custom design requests.

Yes, All design and web project require deposits. After half the job is completed (typically when the first concepts are presented and the initial feedback has been given), we get half of sum of agreed cost, with the remaining half of the fees payable upon delivery of the final files. Other billing arrangements are possible upon agreement by both parties.
